The PFEIFER Load Eye is used in concrete structures for the temporary support of work platforms or transport of materials. They are typically used as attachment points to reinforced concrete slabs during the installation of machinery or during maintenance work in lift shafts.
The load eye has also been tested as an attachment point for personal protective equipment in fall tests.

Load eyes are cast into reinforced concrete slabs to provide secure attachment points. They are available in two sizes and made from special quality steel with the retaining box in plastic : WLL 20 kN (blue) and WLL 40 kN (red).
