Cast-in Channels & Structural Connections
JORDAHL® Cast-in Channels (JTA & T Bolts): These channels, available in hot-rolled and cold-formed profiles, provide efficient and versatile support for high loads. They allow for simple connection adjustments, eliminating the need for drilling or welding on-site.
JORDAHL® Toothed Anchor Channels (JXA): Featuring toothed lips that interlock with corresponding T bolts, these channels offer enhanced load resistance in all directions, making them ideal for applications requiring high load-bearing capacity and positional adjustment.
JORDAHL® Cast-in Channels for Adjustable Screwed Connections (JTB): Designed for use with self-tapping screws, these channels provide a versatile and fast connection method, allowing for adjustable positioning in two dimensions without the need for drilling into concrete.
Precast Concrete Fixings and Support Systems
PFEIFER Column Shoe System: This system facilitates the rigid threaded connection of precast concrete columns to foundations and floor slabs, enabling immediate load-bearing without the need for temporary propping.
PFEIFER Wall Shoe System: Available in PWS and PWC versions, the wall shoe system provides connections to foundations and between precast wall units, supporting tensile and shear loads effectively.
PFEIFER-VS® System for Concrete-to-Concrete Connections: This system utilises wire loops housed inside steel boxes embedded in precast panels. Upon installation, the loops overlap with those in adjoining panels, and vertical reinforcement and grout are applied to secure the connection.
JORDAHL® Toothed Straps (JVB): Used in conjunction with JORDAHL® channels, these toothed straps serve as wind load restraint connections between structural and façade components, accommodating differential thermal movement or structural settlement.
